Broker Education
Broker applicants must complete 60 Hrs. of Broker pre-license education, submit a complete application and meet the broker experience requirements as per Commission Regulation 4.1.
The applicant must have been licensed as an active real estate salesperson or broker for at least two years.

Newly licensed Brokers have 6 months to complete 30 Hrs. of Broker Post-License education.
